Returns and other things

Since everything here is custom,   We do not offer returns or refunds.   During the order process,   we will check submitted images and make sure that they are of a suitable quality for the size of print that is ordered.    If not,  we will work with the customer to resolve it.    Most images will go through an AI upscaler and or an AI image editor that enhances quality before we print anything and a proof will be sent to the customer before printing.  We do not like doing things twice, and the customer deserves the best that we can do.   

If an item is damaged in Transit,   we will happily replace it and deal with the claim on our end.  It is the customers responsibility to either refuse a damaged package,   or within 72 hours of delivery contact us to let us know it's damaged.  Photos of the damage will be required.
