Expectations
We need high resolution images to begin with, so that we can work our magic, the bigger the better. We may at our discretion use AI powered tools to enhance your images and make them the best that they can be.
If we decide that an image won't work because the resolution is too low, it's blurry, or anything else that won't give a stellar eye popping end result, we will reach out to the customer for a resolution. And if it just isn't going to work, we will cancel the order and refund.
We will send a proof prior to printing any order for approval as we are not into doing things twice. Once an approval is given, we will proceed to print, frame and ship the order. It's at this point that no refunds or returns will be given or accepted.
From time of order until time of shipping should always be less than 10 business days, if something goes sideways, we will always communicate with the customer and keep them in the loop.
